What is baptism, who can be baptized, is there salvation in baptism, is infant baptism described in the Bible?

PART 1
Acts 8: 26-38
Read the text together and discuss the following questions:

1) What does the Bible text say on the CONDITIONS / ASSUMPTIONS of the baptizm of tee Ethiopian.
2) What does the Bible text say about HOW baptism took place?


PART 2
Romans 10, 9 - 10 and Mark 16, 15 - 16
Read together the texts and discuss the following claim: "There is baptism in the salvation - not salvation in baptism."


PART 3
BAPTISM IS A STRONG IDENTIFICATION WITH JESUS DEATH OF AND RESURRECTION AND A CONFESSION OF JESUS ??AS A SAVIOUR!
The Bible says:
Rom.6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Rom.6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him

1) The Bible says: "I am buried with Christ."
What does it mean to us?

2) The Bible says: "I am raised up from the dead by Christ and we should live in the newness of life."
What does it mean to us?

 

 

Takk = Nåde

Denne talen handler om at ‘takk’ peker på Guds nåde. Det nye testamentet har ikke ett eget ord for takk. Det ordet som brukes som takk, er «nåde». Vi kjenner det igjen fra italiensk og spansk (graci og gracias) som likner på det engelske ordet «grace» (nåde). Vi forstår da at ‘takk’ peker på Guds nåde.
