Pauls letter to the Galatians - a revelation of the gospel

No longer slave, but son and daughter
Gal 4:1-7
To live under the law is to live as a child - or as a slave
A slave lives in bondage under religion and self effort
But a son born of God is free from the law and he has inheritance and benefits

Freedom in Christ
Gal 5:1-5
Never build upon your own deeds or self effort - it takes you to bondage
Stand firm in the liberty in Jesus Christ

Walk in the spirit
Gal 5:16-23
Difference between the fruits of the spirit and what we do in our own power
Our freedom in Jesus will produce fruits

Talk about
What it means that we are sons and daughters, not slaves
What does it mean to live in the freedom of Jesus Christ
How we can walk in the spirit in our daily life and produce fruit
